Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting business applications and resolving user/system issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Structure the strategic design and maintenance of business applications.
- Identify, research, and resolve problems affecting application performance and usability.
- Ensure business applications enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Contribute to complex aspects of projects; work independently and collaboratively.
- Support continuous improvement through analysis, documentation, and recommendations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
