About The Position

Our Federal Reserve Bank Program is looking for a qualified Manage File Transfer Administrator. This is an E-Commerce position that is 100% remote with on call, weekend rotaion schedule. Roles & Responsibilities: Administer and support UNIX/Linux (Solaris/Linux) systems in both on-premises and AWS cloud environments. Manage and configure secure file transfer solutions, including Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect Direct. Lead the implementation and support of specialized business and technical IT solutions. Develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Design and manage cloud environments using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS/ECS. Automate tasks and processes using scripting/programming languages: Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform. Support containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker and Kubernetes. Manage SSL/TLS, encryption, and digital certificates to ensure secure communications. Troubleshoot operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions. Follow change management processes to implement updates and modifications safely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing excellent documentation and customer support. Participate in off-hours, weekend, and on-call support as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience, OR a High School diploma with 9+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on operations support of Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect Direct in on-premises Solaris/Linux and AWS Linux environments.
  • Build and operations support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in performing Change Management (CM) activities and implementing approved change requests.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven customer service orientation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain the required agency clearance.
