Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly) are implemented, followed and documented of clubhouse, gym, pool area, restrooms and common areas within the Community. Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property. Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion. Assist Property Manager with inspections and documenting areas of concern or additional work needed. Projects may include: Painting, minor electrical and/or plumbing, power washing, repair of mailboxes, Hurricane preparedness of clubhouse and pool deck; room set up for meetings. Maintain pool and clubhouse area on a daily basis: includes straightening pool deck, blowing leaves and removing palm fronds, trash collection, cleaning and stocking restrooms, tracking and ordering supplies, ensure the fitness center is clean and orderly. Works with the Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs. Available as needed to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors. Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop. Background in construction or handyman work is beneficial. Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability are required.
