About The Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing light maintenance tasks to ensure the clubhouse is well\-kept and welcoming for our community members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• All Candidates are subject to a full background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management.
• Assist with special events and setup as needed.
