As a Maintenance Worker II with the City of Scottsdale, you'll help maintain the parks, trails, and public spaces that make our city shine. From prepping baseball fields to caring for athletic fields, landscaping, and playgrounds, every task you take on supports vibrant outdoor spaces where families gather, athletes compete, and nature thrives. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Maintaining parks landscaping & ramadas Performing trash pickup, pruning, planting, and fertilizing Inspecting and repairing irrigation systems and controllers Prepping and maintaining baseball and softball fields Calibrating and applying seed, fertilizer, and herbicides Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate's experience and internal equity.
