About The Position

The purpose of the Maintenance Worker II is to perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work, which results in the maintenance of City structures. Operates a variety of light equipment used in the construction, repair, and maintenance of City facilities such as asphalt streets, forming and pouring concrete, ditches, storm sewers, parks, and related facilities. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a Class B driver's license with acceptable driving record required at time of application.
• Three (3) years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
