The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization, supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Maintenance Foreman. Welding materials, working with other Maintenance Technicians Working on repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work. Performing routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting Maintaining equipment in good working order Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards, using PPE when needed Communicating and working in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary
Requirements
- Welding experience
- General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
- Basic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairs
- Flexible availability
- Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors
