About The Position

Position at JBS USA Job Title: Maintenance Training Supervisor Location: Green Bay, WI Reporting to: Plant Engineer Essential Job Functions : This position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Training Program. Trainer will provide assistance and support for maintenance team member’s progression within the DuPont/JBS Maintenance training program. The Maintenance Training Supervisor must have a broad experience base in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical Power applications. The supervisor should have a solid understanding of the equipment located at the plant of assignment.

Requirements

• Degree from technical/trade school preferred
• Multi-skilled maintenance background preferred
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to support people toward achieving personal and plant results
• Experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred
• Strong writing and computer skills required
• Speak fluently in English is required
• Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry preferred but not required
• Strong Time Management – ability to meet deadlines, multitask as needed and maintain attention to detail
• Analytic or inquisitive mind – drive to learn more and develop subject matter mastery
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate Maintenance Skill Level Labs to trainees
• Must be able to complete all courses in the Maintenance e-Learning Program
• They should be at least on Level ahead of the TMs training
