About The Position

Pay & Schedule: $24–$26/hr (based on experience) Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm Rotating on-call shifts required Company truck & tools provided

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years related experience in maintenance services.
• Demonstrate ability in general construction and power tool knowledge.
• Must have and keep a good driving record.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV report.
• Organized and a self-starter with attention to details.
• Must demonstrate good record and time keeping skills and be computer literate.
• Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to be a team player, and take direction.
• Exhibit an ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse workplace.

Responsibilities

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Perform all aspects of painting, drywall patching, texturing, caulking
• Perform unit turnovers (move-ins, move-outs, inspections)
• Perform routine landscaping and janitorial tasks
• Coordinate maintenance by outside contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
• Other duties/tasks as assigned.
