Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Technician located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of building facilities in a warehouse setting. Shift : Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as needed
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
• Performs general repairs to include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
• Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on building systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned
