About The Position
Within this role you will be responsible for delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure smooth site operations. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, lead continuous improvement initiatives and assist in equipment upgrades and reconfigurations. Working closely with the maintenance team, you will share knowledge and mentor others, while confidently managing tasks independently, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical engineering
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally you will have completed an Advanced Apprenticeship or HNC equivalent in in Electrical engineering with a good PLC knowledge in programming, fault finding and diagnosis
- We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience of working in a manufacturing organisation.
