About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who knows how to work with tools, solve problems, and keep things running. This is a working maintenance role in a manufacturing environment. You’ll help with equipment repairs, mold installs, fabrication, PMs, and general building maintenance. If you like fixing things, staying busy, and being the person people count on when something needs to get done, this is the job.

Comfortable climbing and working at heights, including on top of presses
Willing to work hard in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

Maintenance, mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is helpful
At least 6 months of related experience preferred, but not required
Basic electrical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

General plant and equipment maintenance
Mold installation and removal
Preventive and predictive maintenance
Basic fabrication and repair work
Using tools like welders, torches, saws, and drill presses
Working around presses, machining centers, air compressors, and other plant equipment
Operating fork trucks and scissor lifts
Basic building maintenance
Helping troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
Working safely and following instructions
