Requirements

  • Possess an associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech OR Be in the last six months of completing an associate’s degree (verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech AND one (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience OR Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) AND three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience
  • Interested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause
  • Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions.
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment.
  • Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

  • Competitive starting rate of pay for this position is $31.26/hour ( depending on experience and qualifications) with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift
