Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and supervising maintenance operations (preferred, not required)
- Technical proficiency in maintaining and operating heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in automotive or industrial settings, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to heavy machinery operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on various heavy machinery used in automotive testing and validation.
- Operate various heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct facility maintenance, including coordination of repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Assist with lubrication, oil changes, and guided mechanic maintenance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
