Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising maintenance operations (preferred, not required)
  • Technical proficiency in maintaining and operating heavy machinery.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in automotive or industrial settings, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to heavy machinery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on various heavy machinery used in automotive testing and validation.
  • Operate various heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct facility maintenance, including coordination of repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Assist with lubrication, oil changes, and guided mechanic maintenance activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
