The Maintenance/CNC Technician is responsible for performing a variety of hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement functions on CNC machinery, plant equipment, and facility systems. This position supports production objectives by ensuring equipment safety, reliability, maximum uptime, and quality performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual must be self-motivated and capable of working with limited direction while adhering to company safety, quality, and environmental standards. Areas of responsibility include CNC equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, hobbing equipment, saws, etc.), auxiliary equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and electrical systems. Contributes to a positive working culture, builds strong relationships, and lives out the values of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
