About The Position

Lawrence Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
Strong electrical knowledge (troubleshooting, wiring, basic diagnostics)
Experience working with industrial equipment such as forklifts, welders, powder coating system and grinders
Ability to manage projects independently, including planning and material procurement
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
Maintain and service equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and other shop machinery
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
Assist with facility maintenance as needed
