Key Functions of the Role: • Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents. • Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill. • Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor. • Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives. • Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures. • Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities. We use TEAMS and mobile facilities management apps to manage service requests, make-ready boards, preventative maintenance plans, and inspections in one place.
