About The Position

Key Functions of the Role: • Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents. • Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill. • Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor. • Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives. • Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures. • Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.
