The Village of St. Barnabas is looking for a Maintenance Technician! Job Type: Full Time

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in H.V.A.C. highly preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service heating and cooling units at all facilities
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway
• Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
• Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area
• Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor
• Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations
