About The Position

Maintenance Technician - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ) We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. Were offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.

Requirements

1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required
Great customer services skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls

Nice To Haves

Experience in a residential community (preferred)
Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).

Responsibilities

Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.
