CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 2 PERSON TEAM - CLASS A MID-RISE Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Echo North Point, a beautiful 111-unit mid-rise community located in Alpharetta (North Atlanta). This property is well-maintained and seeks a dedicated and experienced candidate who is a team player on a 2-person maintenance team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, is HVAC certified, proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, has strong customer service skills, a team‑oriented mindset, is reliable, honest, and committed to high‑quality work. Requirements

Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
Proficient in the following areas: plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for completing all service requests as assigned.
Responsible for the completion of all make-ready units.
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Responsible for supplying all personal tools.
Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
Assists in preventive maintenance projects.
Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
Participates in "on call" rotation and responds to emergency calls as needed.
Responsible for positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
Be aware of and operate within company safety policies at all times.
Weekend work may be required.
Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
Other job duties as assigned.
