About The Position

Ready to hit the ground running? Celtic Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Temple Square.

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Own tools required
• HVAC certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders quickly and professionally
• Handling unit turns and make-readies
• Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, painting, and general maintenance
• Supporting emergency/on-call maintenance as scheduled
• Keeping the property safe, clean, and running smoothly
