About The Position

Celtic Property Management Ready to hit the ground running? Celtic Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Temple Square. What We’re Looking For We need someone who: Has hands-on apartment maintenance experience Is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality work Can jump in immediately with tools in hand Works well with a team and supports property operations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders quickly and professionally
• Handling unit turns and make-readies
• Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, painting, and general maintenance
• Supporting emergency/on-call maintenance as scheduled
• Keeping the property safe, clean, and running smoothly
