About The Position
HOAMCO is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor . The ideal candidate will bring experience in caring for buildings, property, and equipment with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will take pride in keeping our property looking great. This is a full-time position. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Building maintenance experience/handyman experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning and debris removal
- Diagnose various equipment problems and repair or recommend replacement
- Maintain grounds including pest control, ground leveling, root covering, and general gardening
- Provide daily property inspection with weekly reports to the Association
- Participate in monthly property review with board members and contractor representatives
