About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our Production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and enabling consistent, high-quality manufacturing. What you will be working on: Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and inspections Execute repairs and troubleshooting Identify abnormal equipment conditions Support rapid response during downtime events Production Support Work directly with Production Leads during shifts Prioritize maintenance work based on production needs Provide real-time technical support Support process stability and performance improvement Equipment Scope Pumps and fluid handling systems Centrifuges / decanters Filtration systems Heat exchangers Drying systems Conveyors and milling equipment Motor / gearboxes Safety & Compliance Follow GMP, PPE, SOPs, and food safety protocols Execute work in food-grade environments Adhere to LOTO procedures Support zero-incident culture Documentation & Systems Complete work orders in CMMS Maintain logs, inspections, and documentation Ensure audit-ready records Inventory & Materials Support cycle counts Receive and verify materials Maintain organized work areas Escalate shortages Shift-Based Operations Follow Production Lead direction Participate in daily meetings and handoffs Support schedules, changeovers, and cleaning

Requirements

2+ years in manufacturing or maintenance
Experience with mechanical/process equipment
Understanding of pumps, motors, valves
Ability to read SOPs and work orders

Nice To Haves

GMP experience preferred
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Preferred certifications: LOTO, OSHA training
Minimal downtime
Fast troubleshooting
Strong coordination with Production Leads
High-quality documentation

Responsibilities
