Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Skills and Electrical Repair Knowledge
Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Must be able to read schematics and blueprints, capable of servicing and operating rectifiers, capable of operating precision hand tools, and electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

Routinely perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Complete work orders which will involve mechanical, electrical and/or PLC skillsets.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment to solve problems.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with peers, operators, and management.
Know the safety risk assessments and policies to perform work safely. Including wearing all the proper PPE for the job.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Be trained to be a First Responder.
Requires ability to plan and layout work, determine accurate and efficient methods, diagnoses, and corrects difficulties to minimize production interruptions.
May perform other duties as directed by management.
Ability to use computer system to update work orders.
