About The Position

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Natick, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our hotel’s facilities, helping to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Available to work in the afternoon and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Inspect equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
