About The Position
Fore Property Company, a national property management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property Sunset Canyon, in Las Vegas NV. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, any other duties assigned from business manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multifamily maintenance experience required.
- Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and minor electrical.
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
- Must have an HVAC certification and/or CPO certification.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Own tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pool systems and operations helpful
Responsibilities
- Perform turns/make readies
- Complete service requests
- Maintain clean grounds and common areas
- Assist manager in determining capital and seasonal projects
- Maintain supply and parts inventory
- Share emergency service work on an on-call basis
