We’re seeking qualified full-time Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Assistant at The Ridge Pinehurst. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician/ Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Assistant to work Sunday through Thursday OR Friday through Monday. Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented and produce the quality results our residents deserve.
  • Must be knowledgeable and capable of self-teaching to properly use tools associate with preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with an emphasis on establishing and understanding processes with a strong attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with seniors, their family members and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer someone with a strong background in painting, drywall repair and texturing.
  • Prefer six months experience in building maintenance, painting/remodeling or janitorial work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the property is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
  • Assist the Director of Building Operations with the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and other equipment.
  • Assist with room readiness to include painting, carpet cleaning and minor plumbing and electrical fixes.
