We’re seeking qualified full-time Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Assistant at The Ridge Pinehurst. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician/ Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Assistant to work Sunday through Thursday OR Friday through Monday. Requirements

Must be detail oriented and produce the quality results our residents deserve.
Must be knowledgeable and capable of self-teaching to properly use tools associate with preventative maintenance and repairs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
High level of initiative and self-motivation with an emphasis on establishing and understanding processes with a strong attention to details.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with seniors, their family members and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

Prefer someone with a strong background in painting, drywall repair and texturing.
Prefer six months experience in building maintenance, painting/remodeling or janitorial work.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the property is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Assist the Director of Building Operations with the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and other equipment.
Assist with room readiness to include painting, carpet cleaning and minor plumbing and electrical fixes.
