MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: This is an Entry-level Maintenance Technician position with prior experience and knowledge of proper operation injection molding press and auxiliary equipment, overhead crane and ability to operate a forklift is required

Requirements

Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
Must be 18 years of age
Education: High School Diploma and trainings with certificate.
Ability to understand English (verbal and written)
Experience 2 years minimum.

Responsibilities

Responsible for safely maintaining production equipment.
Meeting the maintenance departments schedule preventive maintenance obligations.
Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical repairs on the following equipment: dryers, water heater, temperature controllers, robotics, pad printers (manufacturer guides will be provided to follow).
Promote and maintain positive working relationships.
Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Perform preventive maintenance activities when required.
Repair or replace equipment when needed following all safety practices to do.
Open communication will be a must when problems cannot be solved in a timely manner.
Work overtime when necessary (daily and or weekends) to support high priorities request or meet project goals.
Support activities related to equipment qualification and process validation.
Ability to work as a team.
Ability to read, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
Install new equipment to manufactures specifications.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
