About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide general maintenance and repair assistance to all facilities within our organization. Also assist Facilities Director with Facility related task.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Min. of 1 Year experience with maintenance and general repairs
  • Ability to deal responsibly with matters of a confidential nature.
  • Ability to prioritize work in order to meet daily deadlines.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
  • Ability to problem solve when faced with multiple issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance assistance to all Facility related services at each Heritage Provider/Regal Medical Group/Lakeside Medical Group/Affiliated Doctors of Orange County
  • Know and Follow employee handbook policies and procedures.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing through proper channels.
  • Use time Clock appropriately.
  • Participate in staff meetings.
  • Follow dress code.
  • Utilize safe driving habits
  • Notify supervisor in ADP when requesting paid time off.
  • Be courteous and professional at all times.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Promote departmental and organizational goals.
  • Know and follow applicable safety standards.
  • Monitor, review and execute work orders in footprints ticketing system.
  • Prioritize tickets daily to ensure all facility related concerns are being addressed company wide.
  • Monitor work orders and assists management in resolving facility related problems.
  • Manage work orders to ensure the work is getting done in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate moves as approved by Facilities Director, IT Dept. and Human Resources.
  • Assist with personnel moves/adds/changes and storage requests as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all information at all times.
  • Maintain furniture inventory for offsite storage facilities.
  • Keep Facilities Cargo Van clean and organized.
  • Coordinate initiatives for record keeping and record disposal at offsite storage locations.
  • Any other projects as requested by Manager of Facilities and Chief of Staff on a daily basis as directed.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate care, concern and courtesy when interacting with all internal or external customers.
  • Display warm and pleasant personality, emphasizing tact, empathy and patience.
  • Display professionalism, good judgement, maturity and fairness when interacting with others.
  • Ensure written and verbal communication with all levels of management, staff, vendors and property management or accurate and with good grammar.
  • Communicate any and all facility and security concerns to Facilities Director.
  • All other duties as directed by management.
