As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property.

Requirements

Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
High school diploma or GED
Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances
Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
Respond promptly to resident service requests
Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
