The Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all maintenance activities. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, production maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives. Install and maintain production plant equipment machines.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Perform electrical maintenance to include, but not limited to replacement or repairs of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, fluorescent bulbs, sockets, fuses, cords, etc.) Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed on equipment. Perform facility/equipment preventative maintenance activities as qualified. Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment while performing duties. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
