Moeller Precision Tool is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who is eager to learn CNC machinery, troubleshooting, and general facility maintenance. Prior CNC maintenance experience is not required—we provide structured, on-the-job training with experienced technicians. Why Join Moeller Precision Tool? What You’ll Learn and Do: The duties of the Maintenance Technician include repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, buildings, and machines. In addition, tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, cleaning as necessary, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and preventative maintenance as necessary. With training and guidance, you will: Perform routine audits and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair CNC machinery and plant equipment (electrical & mechanical) Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits Maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, flooring, painting) Order parts as needed (with approval) What We’re Looking For: We’re more interested in mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn than years of experience. Ideal candidates have: Mechanical or technical experience (automotive, industrial, equipment repair, military, farm/mechanic work, or similar) Comfort using hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn CNC machinery maintenance Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently over time High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, move, and safely work around machines and equipment CNC maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Requirements

  • Mechanical or technical experience (automotive, industrial, equipment repair, military, farm/mechanic work, or similar)
