Performs minor electrical repairs, including testing and repairing fixtures and installing or replacing receptacles. Checks and maintains HVAC systems, including thermostat replacement, bleeding baseboard water circuits, replacing filters, and relighting pilot lights. Completes general carpentry tasks such as installing pre‑hung doors, mitering corners, replacing moldings, and repairing drywall. Paints interior walls, ceilings, trim, and performs touch‑up and finish work. Installs adaptive equipment such as grab bars and ramps, and fabricates adaptive solutions when necessary. Purchases, picks up, and delivers materials needed to complete assigned work. Completes work orders accurately and within required timeframes. Communicates consistently with the Supervisor regarding work status, needs, and concerns. Reports unsafe conditions immediately to the Supervisor.
