We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This role involves electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system maintenance to keep our equipment and facility operating at peak performance. What You’ll Do: Layout, install, and maintain electrical equipment (motors, PLCs, transformers, circuit breakers, NC controls, alarm/communication systems, etc.) Perform maintenance on production equipment, including CNC mills and lathes, buildings, air/heating systems, plumbing/piping, conveyors, tow motors, and welders Set up and perform welding, brazing, machining, and fabrication to support repairs and new installations Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls Follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Maintain repair parts inventory and accurate documentation Use basic computer skills to enter maintenance data, check schedules, and communicate with team members Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED preferred; postsecondary technical degree or relevant experience preferred Strong mechanical skills: fabrication, machining, welding, assembly Knowledge of CNC mills and lathes, including troubleshooting and repair Technical skills: troubleshooting/repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, basic algebra, geometry, some trigonometry) Able to work independently with minimal supervision
