Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
  • Previous experience in apartment or multifamily housing maintenance
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

  • Apartment Maintenance : Perform routine and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
  • Service Requests : Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Property Care : Maintain the property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Inventory & Tools : Manage and maintain maintenance tools and supplies
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
