Requirements

  • At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
