Role Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Tech position supports the Senior Facilities Manager & Community Director at our new Kiln Bend Oregon Location in executing the upkeep and general maintenance of the facility, coordinate with vendors when needed, aids staff by repairing reported issues, installing, and moving furniture, maintaining appliances, and assisting our team to ensure a pleasing atmosphere for the coworking community. We expect that this role will work 20 - 24 hours per week. We are flexible when it comes to building out a schedule but we ask that once we set the schedule this individual is reliable and dependable.
