Summary: Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Requirements

General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
Valid Driver’s License required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Organization.
Ability to multi-task.
Maintain confidentiality.
Provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
Time Management skills.

Responsibilities

Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
Provides counsel to management regarding facility issues.
Handles and /or supervises snow removal and landscaping.
Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
Provides Risk Participation at a corporate level.
Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
Other duties as assigned.
