As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and help ensure seamless production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and takes pride in precision and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency

Nice To Haves

• 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
• Education – 2-year degree from a technical or trade school

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine equipment checks
• Perform system resets, including PC and PLC troubleshooting
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Follow and promote safety procedures, including OSHA standards, PPE use, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Arc Flash safety
• Assist in maintaining facility systems such as electrical infrastructure, chillers, and fire protection systems
• Document maintenance work accurately in the CMMS system
• Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including TPM and root-cause analysis
