About The Position

Established and growing plastics manufacturer Specializes in precision molding and high-performance plastic components Serves automotive, furniture, and consumer product industries Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Modern facility with ongoing investment in equipment and technology Maintain and repair production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability

Requirements

  • Strong background in industrial electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Stable work history in industrial maintenance environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment preferred
  • Multi-craft experience in plastics, injection molding, blow molding, or automotive manufacturing highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities
  • Document maintenance work, inspections, and parts usage in CMMS
  • Assist with PLC adjustments and basic programming as needed
  • Conduct root cause analysis to reduce repeat equipment failures
  • Maintain plant utilities including compressed air systems and lighting
  • Support engineering and production teams with upgrades and tooling changes
  • Maintain organized and safe maintenance work areas
