About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in Holmesville, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical experience who is looking to expand their skills in electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
In this role, you’ll be a critical part of keeping production running efficiently by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong background in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Exposure to Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems preferred
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems
• Assist in diagnosing both mechanical and electrical issues
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Follow all safety standards and company policies
• Contribute to equipment improvements and reliability initiatives
