The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and maintenance of Injection Molding, manual and automated assembly equipment and building/facilities maintenance.

Requirements

2 years of maintenance or repair experience including previous experience in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a Mechanical field
Understand electrical & hydraulic prints
Injection molding knowledge and molding machine repair
Some automation experience
PLC knowledge
Understanding switches & sensors
Understanding of pneumatics

Nice To Haves

Keyence cameras is a plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with a variety of equipment
Order necessary supplies
Interface with operators, technicians and lead people in the troubleshooting and repair process
Report problems requiring outside assistance to supervisor
Follow all safety rules and practices
Other duties as assigned by supervision
