About The Position
The Maintenance Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs for everything electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues. It will be both installation and repair jobs. Pay: $27 - $30/HR The pay listed is the pay range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 3:00PM - 11:30PM EST
