Requirements

Basic knowledge about electrical, plumbing and other systems
Proficiency with tools as well as common appliances and devices
Ability to lift items weighing 75 pounds
Maintaining excellent condition of company vehicle
Strong communication skills
Must be on call for maintenance emergencies, including nights, early mornings and weekends

Responsibilities

Installing, Maintaining and Repairing fitness equipment independently while abiding by safety regulations
Upkeep of painting, landscaping, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing for all location
Inspection of alarm systems
Partnering with other companies to schedule maintenance as needed
Ability to be on call for maintenance emergency's
Available of nights and weekends
Travel will be necessary meaning a valid driver's license will be needed.
Vehicle transportation will be provided by the company
Reimbursement will also be provided for travel time
