About The Position

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain a luxurious, award-winning apartment community with 313 units on Daniel Island in Charleston, SC. The service team consists of a Service Manager and 2 Technicians. Requirements

2-3 years of recent hands-on experience in building maintenance.
Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry and electrical.
Troubleshooting experience.
EPA strongly preferred, CPO preferred.
Resourceful problem solver. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in the emergency on-call rotation every third week
Vehicle, driver's license, tools

Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
Attention to detail with grounds work and property curb appeal.
Assist with grounds, trash removal and pool maintenance on a daily basis.

Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
