About The Position

Troubleshoots machine tools, assembly lines and test stands. Troubleshoot, modify and repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble and predict failure. Dissembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts, pieces and equipment. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary. Diagnosis of electrical problems within machine circuitry. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Uses handbooks, machine assembly drawings, blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, trade manuals, sketches, and/or verbal instructions, to maintain mechanical devices. Maintains maintenance records and updating of machine documentation. Maintains a clean and orderly work area; performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Utilizes continuous improvement concepts in quality, efficiency and meeting production standards

Requirements

  • Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.
  • AS Degree in maintenance field and 2 years experience or 4 years technical experience w/ some formal training.
  • Practical experience with power and control systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, CNC controls).
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • PLC controls – previous exposure required.
  • Familiar with OSHA and BetP safety regulations.
  • Able to read mechanical, electrical and facility drawings.
