Requirements
- HVAC experience or HVAC trade school degree.
- Universal EPA Certification (required).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions and repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance on motors, belts, filters, drains, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
- Inspect HVAC systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
- Document service work and maintain accurate records.
- Order necessary parts and materials according to company guidelines.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
- Deliver top-tier service while building strong customer relationships.
