About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician / Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe operations. Shift: 3rd Shift – Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (occasional Fridays) Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for several weeks

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of Maintenance Electrician experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and control circuits
Experience troubleshooting PLC systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Basic computer skills and strong math aptitude
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including:
AC/DC motors, transformers, panel boards, and control systems
Electrical conduit, wiring, outlets, and fixtures
Pneumatic systems and production machinery
Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and other automated equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Support production through equipment setup, changeovers, and operational troubleshooting
Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed
