General Description Responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the building(s) including grounds and fixtures. Position reports to a Community Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and/or the regional Maintenance Mentor. Effective customer service skills to interact with residents, contractors, visitors including effective resolution of issues and maintenance matters on a daily basis is needed. Will handle many other duties outlined in the Maintenance Policy & Procedure Manual. Position Details Full-Time Non-Exempt 40 Hours Per Week Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating On-Call
